I pretty much run 2500-3000 a week and have done so since the day I went solo, only exceptions being home time and if I had to go in the shop. I'm not out of the NW but if you are all 48 they will probably run you to where the freight is.

so as I new driver I can hit 2500-3000 a week what is a average paycheck a week I can expect as a Solo New driver
-
I am not so sure a new driver will average that many miles.
A lot of different factors are involved.
Perhaps 2000 miles would be more accurate !! -
When I was OTR, I typically ran 2000-2500 miles per week. I don't think I ever hit the 3000 mile mark in a one week period.
-
so I hear guys hitting 3000 so I should expect 2000-2500 in the beginning
-
That sounds reasonable....

I am leaning towards SWIFT but I wan to make sure that I will have a decent check but I know I have to pay my DUES

I've been with swift for almost year (solo) now. When I first went solo I was getting 2500-3000 miles a week. But as soon as I reached six months, my miles dropped to 1500-1800 miles a week. Now I.m regional, making .34cpm and averaging 2000 a week. The only thing that will save your paycheck is the tuition reimbursement every month. I pulled in $29k this past year, my first year as a truck driver.
scottied67 and Gold_Miner Thank this. -
