    So apparently Swift offers bonuses for safety, fuel efficiency, productivity…. and some other stuff.

    I guess this question is directed for anyone who works ( or worked ) there.

    Are these bonuses legit and actually attainable or just a tool used to manipulate drivers?

    I believe they’re good incentives, don’t get me wrong- but I can’t help but think there’ll be some stipulations, moving of goal posts and dangling of carrots on longer and longer ropes involved.

    Moosetek13 can answer you directly.

    But spent 8 years at Swift as an O/O and in my experience they didn't play games, were straight shooters and even on occasion the DMs and planners had the ability to throw a $50/$100 spiff your way when they needed a favor.
