They told me .35 cpm out of orienteation ($100 + cpm for anything under 275 miles in a day) and the nearest terminal is 90 miles from where I live.
Swift NE regional. Will I have a good 2012?

Mgfg, who are you running with these days? Just curious....

NE regional pays a higher rate because of lower average miles. Also, it might be a bit like jumping into the deep end for a new driver. That said, it is a secure position. Swift is always looking for more drivers to run the NE, since most drivers won't do it.
Bad traffic, lots of low clearances, backing into loading docks from h-e-double-hockey-sticks. But once you've mastered NE regional, the rest is a piece of cake.Injun Thanks this. -
What better way to learn?
At what point am I considered a swift employee. Last day of orientation? If I had offers in the meantime after accepting swifts offer to attend orientation, and ended up not attending the orientation that would have no negative impact on me would it? -
Shouldn't. You are an employee when you have your driver code and Comdata card.
Peedlezong Thanks this. -

Well. Apparently, it's not Swift. Everybody plays by the rules here.
