Question, please. If a driver makes Platinum say January 10 2015, does the bonus kick in for the rest of the 3 months? Thanks
This is the question of the Century. I've been posing this question since I learned of the performance bonus. I've had it answered yes AND no. I'll find out personally the first part of April.
The driver rank is calculated every week. You can check your status on the website or kiosk. The bonus is calculated for each week as well, and it matches the rank for that week. On the bonus paycheck you will see a line for each status level.
No. Where did you ever get that idea? It is simply more income for that week. Taxes will probably be at a higher percent that week, but it shouldn't be anywhere near 50%.

Bonuses are paid quarterly, I believe on the 3rd payday of the month following the end of the quarter. You will be bonused for every week you are eligible at whatever rank you are for each week during that quarter.
So if I'm understanding you and Moose, the ranking bonus accumulates on a rolling weekly basis? You could be bronze for a few weeks, silver a couple weeks etc... and whatever bonus pay you earned at whatever driver ranking you were each week in the quarter is added up and paid...?
