The $.005 is your OTR O/O loyalty pay. Kicks in after 36 months with the company. O/O and company time combined. An addtional 1/2 cent per year to a max, I believe, of $.945

Got a message on the QualCom 2 hours ago concerning the pay bands. Looking forward to making a bit more $$$ on short runs.

I was thinking about this raise again, and my only serious thoughts, I do not mind the short ones, as long as there is something behind it. I do not want the planners thinking, Making more money on the short. At the present rate, 500 miles per day equals almost $450 b4 the FSC. A 200 mile run does just not make it, and if do the short one, need something on the other end, like Costco out of Morris. Wonder how a certain Indian will feel about this, since her runs are all short.

I am surprised. Have not seen the message yet.

I ran mine, and it would put close to $3K in mine.

A certain Indian will not be impacted. It applies to OTR only, not dedicated.

I'm with you squeak. A short run still needs to be backed up.

I'm a little less than impressed that Swift decided to only include van drivers in the banded pay. I'm OTR, I should be included - however since I'm flatbed I am not.

Are you serious?? If I were a flatbed O/O I wouldn't take a sub 800 mile load from July 2 on!

Now we just have to hope most of the short loads are drop and hook

It would be nice if they give us FSC on all miles, but that might be in the next life time
