    Has anyone worked for both companies? Which one do you prefer over the other?Please only reply if you have worked for both.

    Sort of. I was a company driver with Swift, and now I'm working for a small fleet owner leased onto CRST Malone (which is separate from CRST Van Expedited). I can't tell you much about CRST VanEx, except that they typically run teams.. unless you plan on teaming with someone you already know and trust, it may not be the most sound decision to make.
    If you have questions about either of the companies, they each have their own sections under "trucking company DAC reports", and both are frequented quite regularly.
