    I have pre hires from both, I am looking for midwest region and both companies offer it, I have had a CDL for 8 years and just drove local I am currently in a refresher course because it's been awhile since driving a big truck, I just can't decide which company to go to, any advice? Thanks

    Just from looking I'd say KLLM has better equipment but they're reefer I believe.

    There's been some talk, maybe just idle chatter or rumor, here about KLLM's finances. Might be a good thing to know about. KLLM is one of the carriers that I'm looking at as a first ride once I've finished school. If I dig up anything, I'll surely pass it along to you!

    Swift is debt free. Has decent equipment. Won't ask you to run illegal. IIRC KLLM wants you to run team. Not for me. I don't want to sit at grocery warehouses for hours waiting to unload.:biggrin_25513:
