Hello everyone,
Just looking for some advice on which of these to possibly go to. Swift offered a regional position starting at .36 cpm and schneider offered a dedicated wally world run out 14 and off 2 all 100% d@h at .37 cpm. What do you guys and gals think. Thanks in advance. I know neither are great but seems to be all that are hiring here.

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.
SWIFT or SCHNEIDER WHICH ONE?

Swift, schneider, knight, jb hunt, werner, etc etc etc, there all the same just different colored trucks, when you peel away all the crap that hides what they truly are, they are all the same.
RACEFAN and RAILSPLITTER Thank this. -
id say schneider not only do you hear less bad things about them that wally world acct would be pretty sweet
RAILSPLITTER, The Challenger and RACEFAN Thank this. -
Agreed. What does your gut tell you?RACEFAN Thanks this.

Yeah, dude, I'd go with Schneider before Swift, although I don't wanna rain on your parade by sayin' neither one is that hot... who knows, ya may stumble upon that one dedicated gig that actually IS sweet. I know this: any job is better than NO job in this f_____-up economy. Dig a little deeper into this site and you'll find other company info, 10? Good luck, and "Adios!"

Thanks everyone. I think I am going with Schneider, Got a Jun. 13th orientation date.

Schneider. They have more dedicated options. If you don't like the Walmart job, which I can't see how you won't, I've done it with another carrier, it's pretty easy and the pay is good, they have lots of other things to get into other than plain old OTR. I'm not a Schneider employee, but if and when I lose my current dedicated gig they are an option at the top of my list.RACEFAN Thanks this.

Schneider. I worked for them in the past, not a bad outfit really, and WalMart dedicated is gravy work.
RACEFAN Thanks this. -
The WalMart drivers at Schneider out of Fontana are up in arms. Sorry, I don't know details, but you may want to track one or two down and find out what the hubbub is.
There are many other options, but they require you to stay on one account for six months before you switch.RACEFAN Thanks this.
