    I haven't driven otr in 3 yrs.. Looking to go back on the road real soon, I have a prehire from Swift & Schneider, need help making the right choice...

    I drive for schneider. Not every thing is puupy dogs and roses , but they are meeting my goals.

    Tell ya what, there is a docked thread on the Schneider subforum. Day to day adventures. Its very accurate with the highs and lows of SNI. No blowing smoke. read it. See if there is a similar thread with as honest information on Swift subforum. Make your choice.

    schneider only will pay me .29 cpm & swift will pay me .33 cpm

    ok, raise at 6 months with SNI then at a year.. what is the raise schedule with swift?


    Look into Dedicated too. tell ya man, I aint going back. BETTER money consistantly and home daily for me.
