Swift have me scheduled and all I need to do is a road test before they hire me on. Then I go with a mentor for the 3-4 weeks. SNI on the other hand want me to do their 3 day refresher, sign a 1200 dollar contract and then go through their 3 week orientation. Any ideas which one I should go with? Keep in mind I haven't driven since 2015 so not sure if I will be a little rusty on the 10-speed at Swift.
Swift or SNI?

Dedicated, local or regional? OTR? Van, reefer or flatbed?
Where do you live? Are you close to a particular terminal at Swift? If your home terminal at Swift is one they plan out of, I’d say go with Swift. Planners take care of their own guys first there.
Also... haven’t driven since 2015? How much experience do you have?Rocknroller4 Thanks this. -

Sni all day unless you're from atlanta, then they're about the same.
Edit: no i didn't read the post. Do the refresher at sni, they're a better company but don't take any of the dollar store regional runs. -
I hear you, Ill be in the same spot If I can go back into trucking end of the year. I'd go for the longer training for myself. But thats a personal decision and there are other factors to throw in , you might be concerned about home time or health insurance costs. Write up a list of such things for yourself that are important and ask both of them. I drove a 10 with SNi, but hat was 5 years ago....I have heard they have a lot more automatics now.

Why would you bother if you're going to quit in 6 months?
