i would go with the company who has the longer runs, longer runs equal less time in and out of shippers and receivers, less aggravation.

Funny, when Stait was at Stevens, it was the best place to be... Now that he's at Prime, its the best place to be... Go figure...

Back to the question at hand... The process will be similar at both, but Stevens has longer hauls than Swift, but more live loads also as they mainly haul food, so there will be some sitting in docks.

Quality wise, there was a time Stevens had a better reputation, but they lowered their standards of trainers so its probably about the same now.

YouTube wannabe Spielberg's "working from theinside" aside... Every company has a certsin way of doing things, a certsin level of b.s. to put up with..

Know that going in, keep track of what you like and don't like about which eve company you decide on and when you reach your BS tolerance level and move on, you will better know what you want in the next one.

    Good Luck!

Don't sign a lease at either place, learn the business first.

Nothing anonymous about me... You know me, we have met. Had to block you on FB because of your trolling as a matter of fact.

I laugh at your "trying to change Stevens from the inside"... Give me a break, for some reason you thought you had some special pull there? LMAO...

Get over yourself dude... Your another driver with a camera and opinions... Nothing more.

its just my experience but there hasn't been much of a difference for me in live load/unloading versus wasting time dropping and hooking junk trailers that have flats,etc...just ask an owner who only has one trailer if he would rather live load/unoad or have to swap his trailer that he has taken care of for a trailer that drivers don't seem to give a crap about.
