Swift orientation on aug 12

Did you ask the recruiter if it will be to late to get in on the class action lawsuit when you get into your truck?

 

what class action lawsuit? where did that even come from his current post says nothing about that your an odd one!

 

Hi, I just spoke with a recruiter today. No word on when I will attend orientation. She's still reviewing my application. I was on the road years ago and am coming back. When I first started with USX in 2006 we checked in the hotel the night before the first day, EARLY the next morning most people had to be in the hotel lobby for shuttle pick up but I took my car so I was able to sleep a little later than them and still arrive on time. Basically all day everyday we sat through safety classes and different people from different departments coming in talking to us. If they need you to fill out any paperwork or answer any questions or tell you you're not hired, they just come and call you out of class. Lunch was provided. There were set times to take drug testing, dot physical (if you can't see, they usually ask everyone the same line, just memorize it lol), fill out tax forms, fill out benefits package, pretrip and test drive, etc. If you are able to take your car, do so or else you will share 1 shuttle with Everyone else at the terminal and won't be as mobile the whole evening once you're out of orientation. Sooo basically, a bunch of classes, videos and paperwork. Some free food except for dinner. On the 3rd day if your hired, we received a hat and a fuel card with $250 on it. But if you need a trainer you may have to wait around til they route one in for you. Hope this gives you an idea
.....btw how long after you applied did they let you know you were going to orientation if you don't mind?

Since he or she has still not yet been trapped and was probably not aware of the lawsuit I thought I would inform and take an honest jab at a horrible company.

 

You're on top of it there slick ... 3 year old article on a now 7 year old - and essentially meaningless - lawsuit.

Just wondering since you phrased it the way you did...does this mean that you have taken dishonest jabs at the company before?
