Swift pay

$450 per week, the first 4 weeks, then $500 per week for any addtional weeks. The payscale is .25 starting (east coast) . Swift has a sliding payscale. How much you make a year depends on you. The payscale is on the website, hope that helps. Fee l free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Swift Mentorship Pogram - 240 hrs Behind the Wheel Training (typically takes 4-6 weeks to complete)​

Weeks 1 - 4 = $450 per week
Weeks 5 - 6 = $500 per week (if necessary)

Is that pay based on years of service with Swift it experience you all ready have?

Example, I've been driving for ten years. If I go to Swift(GOD HELP ME), would I start off at the bottom of psyscale, or go straight to the top of scale?

The scale is for new CDL drivers, if you have experience you will start higher up but not sure where exactly. Depends on exp level and how recent I believe. Best bet is talk to a recruiter.

 

Its based on years of verifiable driving, I had 5 months, got started on the 4 month scla and bumped up to 6 months after 30 days solo
