Swift physical - is duck walk required?

Had my physical the first of the month but got sidelined for sleep apnea testing. Other than that he had me bend at the waist and touch the floor, crouch to the floor and stand up again and close my eyes and walk in a circle one rotation. Pretty basic, almost identical to an FAA physical which ironically doesn't have a sleep apnea provision like DOT does.

 

I had my physical done at the Fontana, CA terminal. There was NOTHING "physical" about it. Only thing Doc made me do was close my eyes, tilt my head back and put arms straight ahead with palms up to check balance.

 

sleep apnea testing? did u tell them u had that or...?

 

BAH! My recruiter is having me go to Concentrain Ontario. Boo Hiss. <chuckle>

Although I do have apnea and have been on CPAP therapy since 2007 the doc sidelines me because my neck is over 17" and my BMI is over 31. He showed me the DOT rules so I know he wasn't just being a prick. All the co's are on the CPAP band wagon, not just swift
