Swift pulling a Werner trailer?

Initial guess: Swift might have thought the 'hook' part of 'drop and hook' meant hook to any trailer....... but they can't be that igg.... Could they?

 

I know that is a rhetorical question, but in case it isn't... yes, yes they can be.

 

yes ive noticted swift pulling werner and werner pulling on occasion, 8ve seen swift pull some other brands too. perhaos they all scratch each others back

 

Saw a swift truck pulling a hopper bottom in Georgia... ?

 

They could be working under a dedicated deal similar to the one I work on.

There are two in house carriers on my account. One does local out 125 miles, and us who do the longer out 300 mile runs.

To make things easier for the shipper, we have agreed to pull each others trailers. That way they can just put trailers in the doors and load them without worrying about what load goes in what trailer to go where.

 

Pool driver pool trailer, anytime a shipper have drop and hook they will load it on any empty they have but the one that load belongs will pull it

 

No not so all big and small company that is in the pool of like coke are any other big companies will do pool trailer so that is what you guys are seeing like Walmart have pool systems that is how you see other companies pull there trailer you must be registered in that pool for you to pull each other trailer

 

You are 100% right because I am in a pool system now we're I pull publix and GREAT Wide are am cam are what ever other companies is in valve with it
