swift rates for students

$450.00 per week for the first 4 weeks, the $500.00 per week til you go solo.

 

I believe the current rate is .25 cpm. My brother was going to go back there @.42 cpm, that is what the recruiter told him he would get with 15 years experience. Orientation told him .26 cpm

 

$.25 per mile van, $.26 per mile flatbed. You get your first raise 3 months after you were hired which will end up being 4-6 weeks after you go solo.

 

Recruiters LIE! The highest rate I can find for a co driver with 5 years at Swift is $.38 per mile.
I could be very wrong however.

 

Yep recruiters lie, the way you know this is their mouths are moving! My brother got lucky the company he left to go back to swift for put him right back on the road!

I will only leave where I am at when I retire, or they fire me!

 

Dont trust any recruiter,talk to other swift drivers.

 

Steve, I know that when I started as a company driver with exp, I started at .40/mi.
