Swift recruiters are Liers!!!

Yup...first day of work in the lounge 5 driver were leaving...and every time im in the lounge waiting on my truck to get repaired always 5 or more drivers leaving. This place will only retain there student drivers due to the contract...now you see all over the internet and posters about there school...the only way they can keep Swift up and running.

 

Everytime i was in the lobby waiting for my truck to be repaired(4-8hours) i like....see 5 to 8 drivers leaving....low pay and no detention and if you fight with them for 2 hours you basically really getting payed for being on the phone. What a joke this place is...if you dont believe me try for a month...why do you think they make you wait 30 days for health insurance. If you leave after the first week they dont have to deal with all the paper work after....because the big baby dont want to do no work and live off draining the life out of there drivers then keeping all the money while the driver have no health insurance.

 

5 drivers leave evertime im in the lobby getting my truck fixed witches take all day then no pay untile i fight over the phone and if you really think about it i just got payed for the phone convo....Swift is a joke...why you think they make you wait 4 calender months before they give you health insurance. They know the turnover rate is high and big babby doesnt want to deal with the paper work when drivers leave.

 

Im on repeat
