Wanted to kno if u guys could tell me a little about Swift's Reefer Division? Also do they drive all over the country like dry vans, do they get more miles, which is better?

They bought Central Refrigerated and use them as their main reefer division although they do have some reefer units.
Have you checked out Prime? Much better reefer company and they hire newbies -
I will be starting with Swift in their reefer division. Apparently they have new and old reefer trailers. Not sure about miles yet. I wanted to start with flatbed but recruiter told me to wait until I am driving because that way I can haul a load down to Phoenix (where they train for flatbed) plus it would give me van experience. They said sometimes flatbedders will drive van once a month.
I was set to go with Schneider until I found out they don't use flatbeds or reefers. I'll take a wild guess and say reefer gets more miles because usually they are 48 state unless you do start flatbed.BeanDip Thanks this. -

I drove for swift on their Walmart (dedicated) account for NM, TX. Lots of miles, justed didn't pay worth a dam!
