I need to get info on the meal plan at the ID Swift school as I have food allergies. Has anyone gone through the training recently?

So when they said they don't provide lunches they really meant fend for yourself. That's cool but they also recommend that you bring $150 for food, let's see 18 days and two bus rides that's 58 meals... $150... am I the first non-bird they recruited?

Oh ok you talking about the free lunch they give ya when you go to orientation. Each terminal is different some may be pizza and others like Lancaster have real food.

Some may be a greasy hot dog on a green bun but the best thing for you to do is call the terminal and find out or pack your lunch if you have allergic reactions to some foods.

Good luck my friend the greasy hot dog does well with about a half a bottle of tums. NO FREE LUNCHES WHILE U IN SCHOOL

58 meals? #### dude how many times do you eat in a day?

I get by w/ one decent meal a day and a few snacks, if I get the munchies while I drive.

IF Swifts giving out free food, it more than likely damaged freight produce, and called "Driver Appreciation Week".

Good luck driver, hope you don't starve out there.. :)

The meal they give you in orientation is pretty good meal, or at least I know Lancaster and Laredo both serve up a good sized meal. I wouldn't eat just snack for the rest of the day myself.
