You did good starting a new topic. You should get some answers here. I know that the ones that were working that account where very happy. At times the runs where a little tight but as long as first stop on time then the rest are pretty much when you get there, especially if the first one holds you up.

If you are held up by the first, or are late with good reason, then the others just follow.
But always send in the late call macro for all stops to let the planners know what is happening.

When I was at swift I got the chance to work on the Sears account out of olive branch Ms my.delivery was majority of the time in Kansas city. With that Sears account they had slow freight, canceled loads. I was back in Memphis every weekend pretty much. the weekends I didn't get home were loads outside the Sears account because there were none. maybe it will be different in Columbus. The great thing is you get the chance to know the guards and the pple in warehouse. Good luck

Yeah don't turn left onto the road to get go the DC while heading north.

    You'll smack the bridge

    That's my advice :D

Also a couple of the guards are anal about letting you take an empty out. Don't even argue... just have your FM contact the transportation director so he can give the OK to the guard. Then you are set!

Any other information on the Sears Dedicated Account? I was also offered the account out of Columbus, Ohio and wanted to know what the overall thought of the account was. Did you end up taking it?
