Swift sets up new drivers for failure!!!!!

Hit something, got fired and now your here to whine training isn't good?

 

All trainers are not equal and to call all Swift trainers a component of the "Swift Failure Machine" is not a fair statement. Trainers can't create competent drivers. All they can do is make sure you understand how to safely operate the vehicle and understand the operations aspect of that particular carrier. Nobody said you could learn all there is to learn in 4 weeks with a trainer ... did they? If you felt you were not ready and weren't properly trained then perhaps you should have brought that up with their training department supervisor.

I'm pretty sure Swift is not in the business of KNOWINGLY putting drivers out there solo who are not properly trained or prepared and potentially a huge accident and/or cargo claim liability problem waiting to happen.
