Yikes! 228 lbs shipping weight. Would certainly need the A/C after muscling THAT into place...
Isn't there something more lightweight? Maybe even something that would be solar paneled powering of an A/C unit? I remember a few years ago there was one of those new all electric car companies called Aptera that featured 24/7 A/C inside that was powered by solar panels in the roof. You could park the car in a hot, sunny parking lot and come back to a comfortable interior. Didn't drain the batteries.
I realize that the amount of A/C required for a larger volume interior of a sleeper would need more energy, but seems like you basically need an assist for the batteries from solar panels or something. I'm not an electrician, but it seems that with a 12v cooler mounted in the window and blowing into the cab you could be able to be comfortable without idling, or perhaps only having to idle when the batteries drain off.

that gen is way overkill plus too large and heavy, doesnt look like something you can move around by yourself if needed.

I just searched the Lowe's web site for portable solar panels, up to $450 or so for panels that will produce up to 60 watts.
Then there's this guy that figured out how to rig up a very cheap air conditioner that runs off a portable solar panel, blowing a fan across a portable chest of ice:
