    All what is the starting pay for a newbie. Also what is the weekly training pay when you are out with the Mentor. Also can you get on a dedicated account after you are done with your mentor

    Go to Swift Website Drivers central,they list CPM for different regions and years of experience. In training pay is $450 weeks 1-4,$500 weeks 5-6.After you test out it is milage based.Also you can get on dedicated right away if they have openings.There is no guarantee that you will, but if you ask for it you may get it.
