Have no personal information, but try Swift Driver recruiter Veronica Martinez. She has been pretty straight with me. Maybe she can help you with information concerning the Sumner Terminal. Veronica_Martinez @ Swifttrans. Com, or 623-907-7942. Good luck

You'll have to be more specific than that. I can tell you all sorts of things about that terminal, including which female driver the shop manager was boinking four years ago, but i'm not sure how useful my information would be.

AZS, MICH and DenaliDad Thank this.

Sumner does not dispatch OTR. That's done from Troutdale. If you go OTR, you will likely be on a Troutdale fleet. However, that will not prevent you from parking at the Sumner terminal. There are drivers who run OTR and park at Sumner.

At Sumner it's one way or the other.
If you can find parking in the bobtail area, every POV parking spot is filled.
If you can find parking for your car, good luck getting your truck unblocked from the bobtail area.

The place was designed to have around 300 trucks and drivers, it's now up to 440 or so.

    WARNING!!
Getting to the terminal is whacked.

You have to turn right into what appears to be a neighborhood. -
    WITH 2 NO TRUCK SIGNS.
QC GPS says turn, but the signs say NO TRUCKS!
So IGNORE them and turn anyway.
You would think they would put up a Swift sign or something.

I had 30 min. left on my 70 and had to drive around befuddled :-(

    Stupid!!!!!
