Everybody who works for Swift. GO ON STIKE! If all of you go on strike then you know #### well they won't fire you or anyone else. If they did they wouldn't have any driver's at all and trying to fill all those seat's can't be done so they would fall and go belly up. With the short demand of driver's now, there's no way they could make up for that many people. There's a back draft those morons didn't think about when they got so big they can't contain themselve's, If they fired 90% of the driver's it would be the biggest bankrupcy ever recorded in history.

I told my company i was taking my vacation this week. they told me that i couldn't because they already had too many drivers taking off this week. i said, well i'm not going to be here either so i guess you'll just have to do what you have to do. i couldn't get my load delivered in time to be off for the one in 1993, about the 2nd day in someone dropped a pumpkin on the hood of my truck from an overpass at 2AM. you want to talk about a wake up call, that'll get the old adrenaline pumping. i just took the truck, load and all to the home terminal in nashville and left it there and caught a ride home. they fired me for that, BUT I FOUND ANOTHER JOB!!! something i hope all the company drivers will keep in mind.

 

My husband works for swift and he still has not got a messasge.

 

That looks like the same place i used to load out of in Holland Michigan. If it is the same place, it's powdered milk and they always load out to the max. I remember seeing pictures like that in the office.

That's fine let them fire you!!! You can find another job when all this is over! You should'nt want to work for a company that don't support the industry anyway!!!!! If you can't afford to shut down for a month then you aint gettin ahead anyway!!!
