The FSC can't be "stolen " from anyone because there is no regulation stating who has the right to it . Brokers and carriers can keep as much as the FSC as they choose .

The case with Pavlon was 14 years ago. None of the people named in it are employed by Swift any more. And, what does this have to do with fuel surcharge?

I wasn't clear in my initial query. I was requesting information about the FSC.

 

Anything can bee stolen if its your property,labor etc the contract decide's what u will get an if it is voilated then in my opinion like as too keepn a FSC then it was stolen doesn't matter what the "REG'S" say I did try too google it butt the search for tht lawsuit came back with so much info I can't even begin to go thru it

Well a fact is a fact I knw u hate too recongnize such voodoo stuff like tht an 14 yr. Old caseMs an all fine by me I just like too know why u hate them somuch. Somebody has to wade through a s***load of lawsuits to find one that was mentioned on the radio. Of course, lawsuits are public record, yet we only see a link to one from 14 years ago. Surely others have been adjudicated against Swift since then? I know of one in particular that cost them a cool mil.

Anybody can sue anybody for anything. Look at any large company and find me one that has not been sued. Question to answer is, how many did Swift lose? What's the percentage? And, What changes were made to correct the problem?

The correction for the cool mil was to no longer offer health insurance to L/Os and O/Os. Thanks for nothing, plaintiffs.

Don't bother wasting your time. Swift is being sued.
