Swift Transportation Just Acquired Central Transport Refrigerated

Swift (Moyes) bought some stock into Simon trucking some yrs back. He then acquired controlling stock, while saying things like he did not want to own a refrigerated trucking co. Dick Simons demise (trucking co.) was when his driver ran his truck into the state capitol in Sacramento. This was after his trainer said "DO NOT HIRE THIS DRIVER". Dick Simon could not explain his way out of it. Meanwhile with Moyes having controlling stock, he fully acquired Dick Simon trucking and changed the name to Central refrigerated. It was a separate company from Swift, and now it looks like it has been absorbed into the Swift family. I believe Moyes daughter has been in charge at Central. Any company that SWIFT has bought out over the yrs has lost their name, like Cooper/Direct transit and others. Curious to see how this pans out.
