Of your choices, and who I have driven for in the past...

    1) Swift...still owes me $700 and a W-2 from 2003. Labor Relations Board? Yeah right, useless in PA

    2) Werner...makes a business practice in burning out newbies, and leaving them with no desire to return to trucking. If your coming into the field because you actually want to drive, stay away. Werner can screw up a wet dream, and make it YOUR fault.

3)Transport America...best dry van job I've ever had to date. Was a good company, tried to do right by their drivers. HOWEVER, that was two years ago.

For all your choices, check out the different threads found on the forum, like the company DAC reports, discuss your favorite trucking company, and report a bad trucking company. Also look into ripoffreports. Bear in mind when reading through that the best way to tell if a trucker is breathing is by listening to see if he's lying...take everything with a grain of salt. Some companies work out better for some drivers, but not for others. And then, some companies are just out and out crap outfits that no sane individual should ever work for...

    Hope this helps...

My post was entered before you put your state in, so I had no idea where you were. It isn't me who has the attitude, I was only trying to help.

If you want accurate info on which includes companies that hire out of your area, it does indeed matter.
