    I have a ticket 4 years ago and an accident with a warning 2 years ago, are my chances of getting a job diminished?

    Most local trucking companies are just that, local.
    There are more drivers out there with spotless records, than those without. Your age, and record may determine that you may have a harder time getting hired than other may have.

    Yep. A recruiter told me the same thing. Try Millis Transfer or Rhoel. I hear better things about them.
