Swifts New service policy, do you like it?

    Do you like a new pm policy ? A & B service. 26 trks ahead me at Dallas terminal.

    I am due for both In 2955 miles.
    So far how .any recalls need to be done this time
    I have an I ternational and last shop says they are known for them. No e had 4 recalls last time and 2 before that

    Perhaps it would be wise to do it on home time?

    And from what I have noticed the ProStars are the problem trucks in the fleet. Always have been, and who knows why Swift keeps buying/leasing them.

    Richmond has been doing great with their service schedules. They don't do B services on the weekends anymore, which kind of sucks, but they got my truck in right at my scheduled time.

    I’m a OTR driver, live in MA. Usually 2-3 days off after 2 months . Last experience with pm service : 2 weeks MN, 5 days NY, 3 days IN, 4 days NJ, 7 days FL.

    I'm in Greer waiting on service now. Got here on Friday and the truck (17 freightliner) is supposed to be ready by 18:42 tonight according to the app. But, that's also what it said Friday afternoon when they put it in the system so who knows. I'm hanging out at the hotel hoping it will be ready to roll by tomorrow morning.
