    Hey all
    Quick question
    Currently im a ops supervisor at a major ltl unionized player in a major midwest town. Im looking to change my career a little and considering going after a route operation supervisor job with wm or rs or maybe even advanced disposal.
    Any route sups here?
    Which company would you choose? What does the job consist of exactly? Give the good and ugly no sugar coating .
