Some companies will not lease a tractor to pull a tank that has a aerodyne tall sleeper.

Not as much a problem with bulkers but chemical loading racks need 12' 6" clearance...

Depends on where you’re loading and unloading. The food grade trailers we pull are 1600cf and are 13’2” tall so a condo bunk wouldn’t be an issue with us.

Worked in this field when I purchased my truck for two years. Had a friend get a classic xl and came to work with me. Only issue we saw was when loading cement in a tunnel sometimes the operators would leave the loading funnel a little too low. That would be the one thing I would say you need to look out for in that field. Hope this helps.
