    Hi I'm 23 and I'm in the process of Interviewing for sygma as a driver helper want to know how the interview process goes. I've heard a lot of different things bout this company good/bad I'm in South Carolina by the way. I want to know from real truckers tho how is it. Also I heard after 6 months your required to get a cdl. Plus what is the pay for a job like this since there is no driving I'm all for hard work tho and hope gain experience and continue this to the next level.

    Well, you show up (not overdressed or underdressed) for the interview. No piercings/tattoos visible. Polite, enthusiastic, have pen in your pocket in case you need to fill out forms etc. Tell bossman you're not afraid of work and want to "learn from the ground up" their business. Tell them you've heard fantastic things about their company and you want to be part of it. Do not say "what's the pay". Act like you don't care what it pays or how many hours you need to work, because you will be the happiest guy on this planet to work there ! Say, "I'm ready to start today" !
