Sygma driver helper

Hi I'm 23 and I'm in the process of Interviewing for sygma as a driver helper like how does the interview process go . I've heard a lot of different things bout this company good/bad I'm in South Carolina by the way. I want to know from real truckers tho how is it. Also I heard after 6 months your required to get a cdl. Plus what is the pay for a job like this since there is no driving I'm all for hard work tho and hope gain experience and continue this to the next level.
