Synergy transport In Az DO NOT EVER WORK FOR THIS FAKE COMPANY!!!! Lies

The CEO of the this company his name is Craig Van Laningham. First thing , He will sell you fake dreams and tell you how much you'll make and talks about how much he cares about the employees he hires... This guy gave me the runaround almost 3 months. his load scheduling is always wrong PLUS HE tells me "Max just take this freeway and go straight and I'll call you on your cell to give you the routing you need to take once I get it when I head back to the office " I was like on my mind WTF what office?!!! . This dumb ### always been on organized from day one. Also The truck I was about to drive didn't even have the proper insurance paper information . On top of that I wasn't even on the insurance policy even tho he said I was and then I checked myself and It wasn't on it . When I got hired he would tell me that I was only going to do local loads . So when I was about to delivering the goods he would call on my cell phone and would say " Max never mind you need to deliver the goods in East Coast" I'm not complaining about the delivery part, the Bs part is that on the contract it says local loads only because that was the reason why I applied for this specific local load position and plus it's on the contract . The funny thing is that he talks so highly about his company like he owns 500 trucks but at the end I found out that he only has five trucks that it's rented not bought . At the end my point is about this company FAKE misleads COMPANY his makes faults allegations and misleads to his own Employees. So at the end when I confronted his Bssssss he started verbally instuled me over the phone of course like a child .. I have all of his text messages about the childish insults he made .My Final bit of a WARNING!!! AGAIN!!! to all the truck drivers Pass the word around About this company plus his website is fake and exaggerated. I'm here to share this experience with you all so that you don't go through the same problems that I had. K guys Drive safe and have a good night

i wouldn't say stink about it . It's about confronting his BS MISLEADING PROMISES even tho it was on the contract . Do you know this company ?

 

Yup that's nothing when you compare so called CEO .. I'm not bashing on anything that the facts are not true but it is ! Plus these fake companies they don't even have knowledge about the trucks or the regulations of CDL
