    Good for you I applied with SSA right after school back in 2010 and they said I did not have enough experience, I guess with the changing times they hire right out of school now. They seem like a great company to work for maybe I will reapply and see what happens.

    Hey, no I haven't started yet. I went on Wednesday and did my physical abilities test and passed that. They sent me an email with a link to a form I had to fill out for a background check.... I'm hoping that is the last step in the process.

    How long have you been working with them? Do you like the company? How was the training and how's the pay??

    Thanks man. I'm looking forward to starting work with them. Yea def try and reapply, I believe they are still looking for drivers. I'll keep you updated on how things are going once I finally start working.

    I havent done labor work for them yet. I start orientation on thursday. But I did talk to.a couple drivers and they were happy to be there. I met like a maybe 4 guys who have been there.for 15yr and plus. I know you make good money there but you bust your ### off doing so you work from 14hrs to 16hrs daily but you are home every day. So well see how it goes. I am very surprised they did hire you without experience because I know they are strict on the 2yrs.and plus so you were very lucky.

    How did your first day go with SSA? I'm hoping to be starting really soon and am excited! What's your training pay, and are they paying you OT during training??
