Nice job. The rest is just learning the daily routine. And maybe some baking techniques... Lots of them while you have a trainer helping. If you have down time practice, practice and practice all sorts of backing setups.

Mike I had a bad trainer wish he would have shown me some baking techniques lol...
But yes practice all you can at backing I still have issues at some truck stops but it gets in the hole
What's your fleet? -
Well, I thought it was a very lovely story, and you tell it so well, with such enthusiasm.
dwalto, Snoman and mountaingote Thank this. -
What is it three days of orientation?you got thru the first day now its smooth sailing.
Snoman and mountaingote Thank this. -
It's 4 days of orientation on the 4th day you're actually hired on.
During the next few days it's more of a interview -
I roll refrs with KLLM intermodal division in Chicago. Some stops there is more than enough time for baking! But we are paid daily, not miles. So delays at shippers or receivers is not a problem.

4 days I hear. Safety and policy now I guess. I will be running flatbed. Supposed to meet up with trainer Wednesday or Thursday.
Can't wait to get moving.
