water is leaking in when it rains, seems like a lot. I thought it was the windshield but I had the glass guy put in more sealant and still leaking.
Anyone else having this problem? only other place I can think of is the middle marker light on the visor , where its attached to the truck?

It's most likely the windshield. It's hard just to try and patch the seam. It might break seal for a whole foot or two and the guy not knowing just patched part of it and the water is running. Plus adding new sealant to old cured sealant doesn't bond real good. The only way to really fix it right is to take the glass out, clean it up and start over.

I wouldn't think it's the visor but it's not totally impossible it's coming through a bolt hole. Make sure there aren't any cracks in the fiberglass up top. A previous driver could of whacked a tree limb. :)

    CC,
thx , its definately not the windshield. I should of specified in my first post but my windshield had a crack and I had it replaced.
When the glass guy added sealent it was a day or 2 after he replaced my windshield.
I was hoping someone else might have had this same prob , maybe a body defect and chime in .
    Again thx, Ill keep looking.

I'm with CondoCruiser I'm betting the guy did a poor job installing new windshield. I have a slight aggravating leak on my windshield in a real hard downpour or when I get the truck washed. It started after I had a cracked windshiled replaced several years ago. KW had a special $200 and some change to put a windshield in..... ..it needs replacing again.

Mine does same thing. Its probably the back side of the marker lights under visor. Its hard to get silicone in there, but cut a piece of plastic hose long enough to squirt a bunch of clear silicone in there. It worked for me, after many dash soaked days, finally figured out problem. Its not your windshield, many guys have this issue with T2000. Do your doors rattle like a ####### in the wind?

I'm with this guy.. I have had two windshields installed, watched the work and was done flawlessly. Then the rain came... Today, I am about to look into the visor bolts/mounting as I suspected... Hope it works... grrrr

I had the same issue with my t680
And it was the maker lights and the leak would come out by the passages visor side . The fix clear silicone around all the marker lights fix it .No more leak
The windshield if you are get alot of water inside from the leak then on a clear day you should get wind noise a whistling of some sort of noise inside the cab from the windshield.if you do go windshield repair shop and have them reseal .
    Hope this helps.
