t600 fuel leak

    that i can do, it is a 8-900 mile limp will vice grips hold it that long?

    You'll need to protect the lines from rubbing thru,for that long of a trip. Use two quarters in the jaws and zip tie to the line.

    ok found the leak, it was the supply line not the return grrrrrrrrrrrr. right next to the pass side cab mount. in the shop now i cant patch it with the durned braided steel line. but thanks for all the help much appreciated

    The oilfield trucks were constantly breaking the tubes out of the tanks, the limp home fix was to remove the lines to that tank at the tee valves, and reinstall with a penny in there. It worked great, just remember your range will be halved. The left side has the gauge sender, so if the right is bad at least you'll know how much fuel it has.
