I am looking at a Lone star transportation truck T660 with a 9 speed (convertable to 13 speed)
the following specs of the the truck is 450 HP, 3;42 rears, Paccar motor MX13

What cost would i be looking at to convert to a 13 speed?

If converted, will i have to change anything else far as HP and rears?

I wanted to kick HP up to 485 as i will be running dry van mostly midwest and southeast region.
Average load pulling will be about 30k

Have to shorten the driveshaft. A good shop can do, or send it out. Far as cost don't know. I had it done to my cabover but was awhile back. Obviously your shifter knob will be changed also with the air lines for your splitter.

Its a convertible. Put a different shift knob on it and a couple other goodies. You aren't changing anything on the transmission.

If the said transmission is an RTOC 16909 the transmission needs about 10 feet of 5/32 airline and a 13 speed shift knob Eaton part number A6913.

Should've mentioned. When mine was done thats all i changed. Same rears etc don't think you will have a issue. Run it and see how it does. Someone may be able to give you a estimated cost. IMO just visit a reputable shop(s) and get an idea of cost. Just guessing probably 3k. Don't really know.

Still have to shorten 1st driveshaft as adding (back half) takes up some room. Makes the whole thing longer.

A true convertible (assuming that's what OP has) does not require the replacement of the aux section. Its already a 13 speed that has the splits locked out.
