T660 bumper

My brother has an 08 T660 he is trying to customize. He is having trouble with the front bumper and suspension. What kind of aftermarket bumpers are there for this truck? He loves chrome and stainless so that would be a plus. And with the front suspension he says the front sits higher than the rest and wants to lower it down to normal, not slam it down but have it look good. He can't do the air bags but what would be the next way to lower the front, be affordable and look good. Right now he has a visor and up to 120 lights, wants to keep going but keeps getting stuck on what to do with certain stuff
