I just got this T680 and the hood clunks and shakes when going over bumps or rail road tracks. From what i can tell all the hood and firewall mounts appear normal. The hood latches seemed a bit stretched out so i replaced them. The new ones were about a half inch shorter but no change in the hood noise. The latches do no snap hard or snap at all into place.They just kind of close with no resistance. Something is off, im just not sure what it is. This is my first T680. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I had this problem with my 2003 W900L . I put a towel on the hood pegs to take up the extra space from the worn rubber pegs
