I have a 08 t800 with a tuned C15 SDP engine in my tri-axle dump truck putting out 630hp. When I pull a hill loaded at about 80,000lbs the 13" donaldson style air cleaners are extremely loud like they can't pull enough air and my air cleaner restriction gauge spikes to almost 10 inches of vacuum. Does anyone know if the 13's could be restricting the engine and if so would 15's off a W900 fit the T800 or would anyone know the part numbers I would need to run the 15's? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Why not go to a Fleet Air Filter, I think that would solve your problem.

Thing with a fleet air filter is the only way to flow more air is open the micron rating up. For a dump that is on quarry haul roads that isn't the best thing.
As far as the air flow from 13 inch cans to 15 inch cans I can't see there being a big difference.spsauerland Thanks this. -
I have went the opposite way putting 13 in place of 15. Called technical support with Donaldson and they said would be fine and that CFM rates are very similar. 10 in of H20 isn't high. Converted a 05 W900S C13 to single turbo and it screams thru the breathers, but been that way for about five years now with no issues.

Hey did u sort out this problem. I have a 04 t800 only came with one air cleaner. I’m looking to install the other one on the driver side but I’m not sure if the 15” from the W900 will fit. Apparently these are really hard to get and I found a scrap yard with these two sitting around.

Mirror brackets are different from 13”-15”,
anything will fit with enough time, tools, and money, changing the air filter more often seems a lot easier
