That's what I do, actually not IN the parking lot, but in the truck in the lot. Its actually quite easy.
Get yourself a shallow but large bucket. Get yourself an empty milk jug or better yet, a water jug. Fill it with water. I use the trucks heater because the heat vent is right at the floor and put the bottle in front of it. In 15 min I have a piping hot gallon of water. If its summer time, heat it in the microwave. 7 minutes and its perfect. Then pour it over your head, take your shower, rinse off, and throw the bathwater in the bucket out the window. It certainly smells better than piss and it beats no shower at all.
I've recently upgraded to a 2x6 shoved into the highest storage slot in front of the cab. I put a bottle with a spigot on the 2x6 which is right over my head. Heat the water in the bottle and you have a hot shower head. 2.5 gallon bucket is more than enough for a wonderful refreshing sleeper shower. And then you aren't tied to any truck stop or paying for a shower. That's what I'll be doing tonight in fact. I'm at a nice little truck stop, but its not a Loves or Pilot so I can't get a shower here without paying for it. The bucket was 7 dollars, and the 2x6 is about a yard long left over from an old construction project at my house. I save the large bucket under the bed in the sleeper. the water jug in one of the pantrys in the sleeper and the 2x6 behind the fridge. It's completely out of sight when not in use.
