    Just had the 12oz steak here. Iam very impressed, they really stepped up the quality. Fat was trimmed, steak was cooked perfect with good flavor.

    I was shocked when it came out. Well done TA.

    Thata good.Maybe TA is changing their recepe on all their items on the menu.

    Their Cajun steak is spot on as well. That TA has a cook to order pasta bar that is killer.

    Yeah, my Dad used to say that the fat was the best bit, but I never believed him. That TA must have hired a very good chef. Maybe they don't pay well in the kitchen. It's good to know they are
    trying to attract more people, but I still won't eat at Truck stops. But I must admit I've visited some very good top quality venues such as Sapp Bros in SLC. :biggrin_25516:

    Well the old steaks were 70% fat.

    It has to have fat and be bloody for me.

    I ran a load from Portland Tennessee to Michigan and would have breakfast there every day and it was good as well.
