TA security guard shoots driver/parking dispute

At the time of his suicide based on the statement he made to investigators (which they saw “holes” in his story) he was facing an assault with a deadly weapon charge. Plus,he may have been sabotaging the truck involved.

 

I didn't do nothing I just got out my truck to see what he was doing to my airlines and he just open fire (1 shot)

 

Because if the guard had shot two or more times Mid-May Trucker then would have empathy for the truck driver. Absent that, he’ll be like the other A-holes in here who said the driver deserved it.

2. I am not going to trust the truck drivers story just because. Trials exist for a reason. A lot of cops that get charged with things their stories don't make sense in the begining either.

 

You’re not going to trust the truck drivers story regardless of the facts. You folks are a collection of self loathing truck drivers or freight brokers/former industry insiders who can’t stand truck drivers, don’t have a life and want to dump on them every chance you get.

I’ll give you some inside scoop: Before I called the D.A., he said this wasn’t on his radar, and the police are supposed to keep him apprised on cases like this. They hadn’t, and he wasn’t very pleased about that at all.

 

What facts?

 

The rent a cop tampered with his truck..according to police witnesses backed that up and such...backing the rent a cop up even with the facts that are out simply shows that facts don’t interest you...the fact that I’ve read was the rent a cop wasn’t even in uniform either...so frankly there’s a very valid reason he was facing a adw charge for shooting the driver..

 

The owner could come out without uniform on and told him to move. Tampering = permission to attack someone ?
please give me the evidence that 100% convicts this guard of assault there was clearly some sort of altercation but you can't prove what happened in only two weeks without any video footage.

I’m a driver. If a security guard can instigate an agitated, over-the-top situation over a freaking parking spot and then shoot the driver over the problem he just created you’re darn right I’m getting involved. That could be me in that truck.
