Maybe they won't be so quick to go after a driver taking his 30 sitting in the truck. Depending on time of the day, probably all of those spots were empty. I don't go to TAs or Petros all that much, but that is my observation.

From the footage taken from KWTV channel 9 the morning of the shooting, all of the spots in reserved parking the video panned were empty.

Yep. That's why he wasn't arrested. The driver was a idiot and got his ### handed to him.

Probably because most truck drivers don't know how to keep their mouth shut and follow the rules and get to big for their britches... not saying it's ok but still.

Obviously the driver shouldn’t have parked there—but that does not validate shooting a driver. I keep hearing this over and over again as if it means the whole fault is on the driver just because he parked in the wrong place. These are separate issues. Yes, relevant issues, but separate, nonetheless. Why is this so hard for some to understand.

I don't recall saying that him parking there justified the shooting I'm simply wonder why some people are assuming they know what exactly happened.

I've seen those allegations, but not from a reputable source. If you got a link to one that would be great.

First of all..not all shootings have a suspect arrested at the time the incident occurs..happens all the time..

Probably someone with a pre madonna attitude that thought the world revolved around them and that every one else is just there to serve their needs

You must have missed the part about how the D.A. was going to file charges against the security guard. That’s why he killed himself.

Reading comprehension clearly isn’t required in order to have a strong opinion.
