How do you know that's why he killed himself?

 

It’s quite obvious why he offed himself

 

Because I’m not a moron trying to defend a moronic hypothetical unsubstantiated by the facts.

 

And the name-calling begins when the assumptions run out.

 

We may never really know, but his suicide makes him look guilty. It makes more sense that he killed himself because he thought he would lose in court and potentially spend many years or life in jail.

 

It does but I don't recall cases decided based on someone kills himself.

 

It can serve as evidence in favor of the driver.
