I'm same way. When I got a different truck I took my TV out and dish and vucube and left them at home. Been sitting in storage for 3 years. But I did love it much easier to find and lock sat from bunk then trying to manually aim the old dish.
Tailgater satelite dish good? Or bad?

I realize there are some guys in the trade show and entertainment trucking biz who have lots of idle time, otherwise, in the truckload freight world, if you have enough idle time to justify or want a satellite TV system, you may not be able to afford it long and may need to be on the internet looking for another gig. I doubt I spend more then 2 hours/week in a situation tv would be nice to kill time. After 12-14 hours, I'm eating and going to bed for an early start, on a restart away from home? I'm in a hotel.

Here's my question. Does it do internet or is it just T.V.? I can get anything I want online nowadays, including the T.V. shows that I like, and for free.

Just satellite TV

This generation of drivers don't need sleep. I've seen drivers at our break room lugging around TV, Xbox or ps4 and playing. I guess I'm getting old I'm liking my sleep
Pasquale Thanks this. -
