Talk me out of an iPhone

    I guess it all depends on where you live or use your phone. I've had dropped calls too, but can honestly say I've had less than 10 in the couple years I've had my iphone. I can't bag on the iphone or AT&T as they've both served me well.

    Try Virgin mobile. They drop my calls every 10 minutes.

    My wife's AT&T phone almost never drops one.

    Yea, mine only drops the local ones ( the important calls) for some reason long distance is fine.

    I broke down and got the 3G. I couldn't pass it up at $99. I have to say, I really LOVE this phone! I didn't even take my laptop out of the case for 2 days.

    Any advice on good apps for use with the truck?

    One app that I use quite a bit is the mapping app. I think it comes pre-loaded with the phone. It uses the gps function to locate you. I find it useful for when I get to a shipper's location, I already know how the place is laid out. Congrats on the new phone!
